spacious roomfaulty air conditioning
The room was spacious, it had all the listed amenities.
I had an issue with the air conditioning. The hotel said it only operates when the outside temperature is above 22 degrees Celsius. This was not helpful because it was warmer than that in the afternoon, but the system still didn't work. Opening the window was not a good solution as the street noise was high.

the soundproofing is not good. i could hear doors slamming and housekeeping early. bottled water was not provided in the room. there was no hair conditioner, just a combined soap-shampoo..
